We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, or ask you to send money anywhere except a deal page on this site. Anyone who does is not Yescrow.
What we run, and what we can't do
We run this website and the service that submits each step for you, sends registry proofs and acts when deadlines pass. We don't ever touch money held in a deal: the escrow has no owner, admin, pause or upgrade switch, and it pays only the deal's buyer, seller, fee and referrer. Disputes go to an independent court's jurors, not to us. Only if the court refuses a case, or gives no final ruling within 90 days, does our judge decide it, within 14 days and only between the buyer and the seller; we take no fee on a deal we judge, and if we don't rule in time the deal is split 50/50 (see disputes).
The escrow's code is public and verified, and every deal page links a public record of each step. The case study walks through one deal from start to payout.
